1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and pussyy ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pussyy.cam ("the Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the Website or any services offered through it, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and all associated services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Website regardless of the device, connection method, or geographic location from which the Website is accessed. Users accessing the platform from Malaysia are additionally subject to all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations in respect of their own conduct.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User on the Website.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback credit, or other non-cash benefit credited to an Account by pussyy.
• "Eligible Transaction" means a wager or bet that qualifies toward satisfaction of a wagering requirement, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including document submission and verification, required by pussyy prior to processing withdrawals or as required by the Platform's risk management procedures.
• "Services" means collectively all games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, promotions, and ancillary features available through the Website.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet value that must be placed using Bonus Funds, or a combination of Bonus and real-money funds, before the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted by pussyy for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which the use of the Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility & Registration

Registration on pussyy and use of the Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied concurrently at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Pussyy does not permit any person under 21 to register or use the Services under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Website from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be employed by pussyy, any of its affiliates, software suppliers, or any company in the same corporate group.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pussyy or any affiliated platform.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registration in a false name or using false details constitutes immediate grounds for account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pussyy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. Pussyy will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must not permit any other person to access the Services through your Account.
• You must notify pussyy immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• All bets and transactions placed from your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remain your responsibility until pussyy has been formally notified of a security compromise and has suspended the Account accordingly.
• Pussyy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Pussyy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Account holders who experience difficulty accessing their Account should contact our support team via live chat at the earliest opportunity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pussyy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Website at any given time. Supported methods include, but are not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT (TRC20), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Pussyy reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method is registered to the Account holder prior to processing any associated withdrawal.
• Pussyy does not accept credit card funded deposits.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactory.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical capability.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 50 unless otherwise indicated.
• Pussyy targets same-day processing for standard withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets. Actual settlement times depend on the receiving institution and are outside pussyy's direct control.
• Pussyy reserves the right to carry out additional security and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay payment.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Pussyy offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific Terms that will be clearly stated alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus Terms, the specific bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and will be indicated as such within the Account wallet.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the resulting balance derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time window, typically 7–30 days depending on the offer.
• Pussyy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering commitments already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim one-time offers, wagering patterns designed to exploit low house-edge games to clear bonuses, or systematic exploitation of welcome offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances and potential permanent account closure.

Cashback promotions applied under the pussyy VIP Loyalty Program are subject to the programme's own Terms, available upon request from our support team. Cashback is applied to net losses only over the qualifying period and is credited as real money unless otherwise stated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on pussyy are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. In cases of dispute between displayed results and pussyy's underlying transaction records, the server-side records shall be treated as authoritative.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where an obvious technical error or data feed failure has occurred, which pussyy will investigate and resolve at its discretion.
• Pussyy reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by a corrupted data feed, system error, or where the outcome was known at the time of placing the bet ("late betting").
• In sports betting, odds offered at the time of bet placement are the odds honoured, subject to in-play market suspension rules disclosed in the individual sports-book rules.
• Mix Parlay combinations are subject to their own odds and settlement rules, including handling of voided legs, which are set out in the Sports Betting section of the Website.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and recorded by the studio feed. In the event of a live stream interruption, bets already confirmed and acknowledged by the server will be settled using the studio's independent recording.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per round, or per day may apply to certain games. These limits are displayed within individual game interfaces where applicable.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on pussyy and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Registering multiple Accounts whether under your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games without explicit written consent from pussyy.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game where player-versus-player competition is a component.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting across markets hosted on pussyy.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Facilitating or permitting access to the Services by any person under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pussyy support staff or other users of the platform in any communications channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to the pussyy brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, text, graphics, images, audio, software code, and user interface designs, is owned by or licensed to pussyy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without the prior written consent of pussyy.
• You may not use any pussyy trade mark, logo, or brand element in connection with any product, service, or activity that could cause confusion or that pussyy has not approved in writing.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to pussyy may be used by pussyy without compensation or attribution to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pussyy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services due to circumstances beyond pussyy's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or third-party data feed failures.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Website, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pussyy's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to pussyy in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Pussyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pussyy reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account shows signs of fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require Account restriction or closure.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Identity verification cannot be completed to pussyy's satisfaction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the investigation confirms material breach. Bonus Funds will be immediately forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting pussyy support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the registered withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.

12 Responsible Gambling

Pussyy is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of income or financial recovery. We provide a suite of tools to help you maintain control of your gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through Account Settings. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set maximum loss thresholds over any defined period. Once reached, the platform will prevent further real-money wagering until the limit period resets or is revised downward.
• Session Reminders: Optional session duration alerts are available to remind you of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pussyy is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute relating to any bet, game outcome, bonus, or transaction, the following procedure applies:

• You must first submit the dispute to pussyy's customer support team, providing full details of the issue, the transaction reference number, and any supporting evidence.
• Pussyy will acknowledge receipt of formal disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties directly, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by pussyy from time to time.
• Pussyy's records of all transactions, bets, and communications shall constitute prima facie evidence in the resolution of any dispute, absent manifest error.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Pussyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — pussyy will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account.

Non-material amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory change — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Website without individual notification.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
